Gaga and Molly

Lady Gaga’s back at it again — and this time she’s talking drugs.

The 27 year old pop star visited with Andy Cohen for a recent interview to promote her new album, ARTPOP. As always, Gaga was an open book, addressing even the most wild questions from the host. One of her many bold statements during the interview included admitting that she has used Molly.

She goes on to explain that she used Molly, a form of ecstasy, a lot in her “raver days.” She spent a lot of time at music festivals when she used the drug more frequently. She did caution her fans to “be careful” with Molly.

This isn’t the only time she’s talked drugs in connection to her new album. In an interview with Elle, Gaga implied that drugs were a part of the production of her new album. The singer stated, “I was less drunk and more high on this record. If that makes sense.”

Big Personality and Big Impact

Gaga is known for her big outfits and her even bigger stage presence. Her public persona is bold and intense. This bigger than life attitude has made a huge impression on culture.

Should we be concerned that fans young and old are watching Gaga’s every move? Her drug use is on display for all to see, and we have no doubt that it is influencing some of her massive fan base.

Anyone that does not think a rockstar has used drugs knows nothing about being a rockstar.

It’s funny though that you don’t hear about Lady Gaga in the news and web about her drug use. Most celebrities are plastered all over the magazines.

I don’t think there are too many artists out there who don’t follow this same path.

It’s great that she’s open about her drug use, but let’s hope it doesn’t get out of hand in the future.

There are many stories like this out there, just glad she hasn’t let it ruin her career. Hopefully it stays that way.
